Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, or in-person to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Provide detailed information about our products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Actively pursue new leads, including outbound calls and follow-up emails, to generate sales opportunities.
• Recommend upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-tier customer service.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales data, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitors to offer the best solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in indoor sales or customer service (1-3 years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive, self-motivated attitude and a passion for sales.
