About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, and online chat
- Provide accurate information about diving courses, experiences, schedules, and pricing
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and course enrollments
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales
- Maintain professional communication and excellent customer service at all times
- Update customer records and sales information in the system
- Coordinate with instructors and operations team for scheduling
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or online sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to convince and close sales
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and CRM systems
- Organized, proactive, and customer-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple chats and inquiries efficiently
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
