Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled

Tax & Compliance Manager

to oversee all aspects of taxation and regulatory compliance for the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of United Arab Emirates tax laws, corporate governance, and compliance requirements, ensuring the company operates within legal frameworks while optimizing tax efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • :
  • Manage corporate tax compliance, including VAT, corporate tax filings, and other relevant regulation
  • s.Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring complianc
  • e.Oversee regulatory compliance across the organization, ensuring adherence to local laws, and industry-specific requirement
  • s.Review financial statements and advise on tax implications of business transaction
  • s.Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities for audits and compliance review
  • s.Monitor changes in tax legislation, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance requirements; assess impacts and implement necessary change
  • s.Prepare reports and provide guidance to senior management on tax and compliance matter
  • s.Provide training and support to internal teams on compliance and tax-related issue

Qualifications & Experien

  • ce:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification prefer
  • red.Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in taxation and corporate compliance within the UAE or GCC reg
  • ion.Strong knowledge

  • *ates Corporate Tax, OECD's Piller 2, preparation of local file, Master File, Tax Grouping, and regulatory compliance stand***

  • rds,Proven experience managing tax audits, compliance activities, and regulatory report

  • lls.Proficiency in accounting and compliance software, as well as MS Off
