Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, presenting products/services, and closing sales to achieve business targets.
This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, meetings, and digital channels.
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Service (sales-focused roles preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
- Experience in outbound sales or call center sales is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

- **Job Type:** Full-time
- **Shift:** Day Shift / Rotational (as per business needs)
- **Availability:** Immediate joiners preferred
- Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
