Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from customers.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- Provide accurate information about services, products, and company policies.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, updates, and general concerns.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, feedback, and service updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Reception, or Customer Coordination.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in service-based industries is an advantage.
- Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
