Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements, liquidation reports, and supporting schedules
- Review accounting records, trial balances, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage company liquidation processes for UAE Mainland and Free Zone entities.
- Liaise with authorities such as DED, DMCC, IFZA, JAFZA, Meydan, DAFZA, and banks.
- Coordinate visa cancellations, deregistration, and clearance procedures.
- Communicate with clients and follow up for required documents.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain liquidation trackers and case files.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, audit or corporate services.
- Knowledge of IFRS and financial statement preparation.
- Familiarity with UAE company liquidation procedures.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
