Job Summary
Sr.
Sales Executive is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, guiding the sales team, and ensuring the effective execution of sales activities.
The role focuses on achieving targets, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting team performance.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Assign tasks, set daily targets, and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
- Conduct daily/weekly briefings to communicate priorities and expectations.
- Provide on-ground support, guidance, and motivation to team members.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and plans.
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target achievement.
- Support team members in client negotiations and closing sales.
- Ensure proper product detailing and promotional execution in the market.
- Conduct regular joint market visits with sales executives.
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and stock availability across outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions, and report insights.
- Ensure adherence to market visit SOPs and reporting standards.
- Track individual and team KPIs on a daily and weekly basis.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Provide continuous coaching and feedback to improve productivity. Recommend performance improvement plans where necessary.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all team reports and CRM updates.
- Highlight key issues, risks, and opportunities to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and support account management.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and complaints.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and support retention initiatives.
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching for team members.
- Support onboarding of new sales staff.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate with the Sales Manager for training programs.
- Ensure team adherence to company policies, SOPs, and ethical standards.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and proper conduct within the team.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company procedures.
- Act as a link between the Sales Manager and the sales team.
- Communicate updates, strategies, and feedback effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth sales operations.
- Suggest improvements in sales processes and field operations.
- Encourage innovative approaches to increase sales productivity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
