About This Role
Sales Executive – Luxury Watches
We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales Executive to join our luxury watch retail team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in-store with luxury watch sales and provide a high-end client experience
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and Instagram
- Share inventory photos, product details, and pricing with clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable watches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure displays are well organized
- Keep track of inventory and assist with stock organization
- Support daily store operations and coordinate with the team
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience preferred (luxury retail is a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Arabic
- Well-presented, professional, and confident
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Luxury sales: 3 years (Required)
