Vortex Aquatics is hiring a Sales Executive
Vortex Aquatics is an aquatics facility dedicated to providing exceptional swimming programs and aquatic experiences.
We help customers of all ages — from young children learning their first strokes to adults seeking fitness — find the perfect program to meet their needs.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for prospective customers across all communication channels.
You will guide customers through our offerings, coordinate assessments, and ensure a smooth enrollment process through our Odoo management system.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Meta, Instagram, phone calls, and other channels
- Answer questions about programs, pricing, schedules, and facilities
- Register all incoming inquiries as leads and manage sales orders in Odoo
- Coordinate with the Admin team to schedule swimming assessments
- Guide walk-in customers through available programs and packages
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships and proactively follow up on pending inquiries
- Ensure all customer communications are documented in Odoo
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, written and spoken — essential
- Proficiency with business systems; Odoo experience is a strong advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
Preferred
- Previous experience in aquatics, fitness, or sports
- Familiarity with social media platforms for business communication
- Experience with payment processing and sales order management
• Salary: 5,000 SAR
- 30 days annual leave

Working Conditions
- Full-time, on-site at Vortex Aquatics facility
- 6 days per week on rotation (may include weekends)
