Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Motor Insurance Sales Executive, located in Qatar.
The role involves achieving sales targets by promoting motor insurance products, building and maintaining a portfolio of clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
The individual will regularly meet with customers to assess their insurance requirements, secure new business, and ensure policy renewals.
Responsibilities
also include maintaining accurate records of sales activity and staying informed about market trends and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Proficiency in providing outstanding Customer Service and fostering client relationships
- Strong Sales skills, including negotiation, prospecting, and closing techniques
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with local market trends and insurance regulatory requirements in Qatar is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the insurance sector is a plus
