Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive (Construction & Fit-Out) based in Dubai.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and nurturing client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, generating new leads, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Additional responsibilities include staying updated on industry trends and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
The role requires a hands-on approach to meeting revenue targets and contributing to overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management within the construction or fit-out industry
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools
- Sound understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry-specific regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of the Dubai market and experience working in the region is highly advantageous
