Role overview
Generate new business, acquire clients, promote cleaning and maintenance services, and build customer relationships to achieve sales targets and support growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach residential, commercial, and corporate prospects; generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and client visits.
- Promote services, prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and negotiate service agreements.
- Build customer relationships and convert inquiries, proposals, and pending contracts into sales.
- Research opportunities and competitors, achieve monthly sales targets, and report sales results to management.
- Coordinate client requirements with the operations team.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience, preferably in cleaning, facilities management, or maintenance services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills; ability to generate leads independently and close sales.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of the UAE market and business environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
