The company seeks an experienced, results-driven General Manager to oversee operations, business development, and growth in the uniform manufacturing industry.
The role includes managing uniform production, coordinating departments, leading teams, and ensuring efficient business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee overall operations and daily company activities.
- Manage uniform manufacturing, production planning, and quality control.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, profitability, and market share.
- Lead and coordinate production, sales, purchasing, and administration departments.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
- Monitor budgets, operational costs, and company performance.
- Ensure timely order delivery, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage staff performance and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of proven uniform manufacturing experience.
- Previous General Manager or senior management experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of garment production, fabric sourcing, costing, quality control, and production planning.
- Proven leadership, team management, and business development skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and achieve business targets.
- UAE uniform manufacturing experience is preferred.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
