Position Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting certification services within the Business Assurance division.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and delivering effective solutions aligned with customer needs.

Your Tasks

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and achieve assigned targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve sales strategies

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in certification, business assurance, or related services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Good command of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Fluency in English and Arabic .
