The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets within the doors and architectural hardware industry.
The role requires a proactive sales professional with strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to provide technical guidance to clients while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in steel doors, wooden doors, and architectural doors hardware, preferably within the Saudi market.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with the approved sales budget.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities while expanding the customer base within the Saudi market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and provide technical expertise and guidance to customers regarding products and solutions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales deals.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and other required documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and experienced in working with ERP systems.
- Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
