The **SAP Senior SD/CRM/CAR Consultant** will lead the implementation, optimization, and support of SAP solutions within the **Sales and Distribution** (SD), **Customer Relationship Management** (CRM), and **Customer Activity Repository** (CAR) modules.
They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that retail business processes are optimized, with a focus on customer engagement, sales efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD, CRM, and CAR solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Optimize sales, order management, customer engagement, promotions, and retail business processes.
- Configure and support SAP SD, CRM, and CAR modules to meet business needs.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and external systems such as POS, eCommerce platforms, and third-party applications.
- Manage data flow and real-time synchronization between SAP and integrated systems.
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve processes and maximize system utilization.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to business users.
- Lead or participate in SAP implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet business expectations.
- Mentor junior consultants and support team development.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and enhancements.
- Knowledge , Skills , Experience

- Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration**, or a related field. A SAP certification in SD, CRM, or CAR is a plus
- **5–7** years of experience in SAP SD, CRM, and CAR consulting.
- Proven experience implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP solutions in retail or consumer-focused industries.
- Strong expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP CRM, and SAP CAR.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies is proffered
- Experience integrating SAP with POS systems, eCommerce platforms, and third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes, including sales, promotions, pricing, and inventory management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori applications.
- Experience with OPP (Omnichannel Promotion Pricing).
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform and other cloud-based retail solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to lead projects and mentor team members.
