Sales Executive – Aluminum Facade, Doors, Windows & Curtain Wall Systems
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in aluminum facade systems, doors, windows, curtain walls, and glass & cladding solutions.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating new business, developing strong client relationships, and driving sales growth within the construction and building materials sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for aluminum facade, doors, windows, curtain wall, and cladding projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and corporate clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on project inquiries and tenders
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements and specifications
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client databases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- 2–5 years of relevant sales experience in aluminum facade systems, doors & windows, curtain walls, or related construction materials
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of project sales and construction industry practices
- Ability to read architectural and technical drawings is an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Valid driving license preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience handling commercial, residential, and high-rise projects
- Existing network with contractors, consultants, and developers in the GCC market
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
- You may also share suitable references with relevant experience in:
