We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our aesthetic clinic.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting clinic services, converting inquiries into bookings, and maintaining strong relationships with clients while ensuring a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and through digital channels
- Explain aesthetic services, packages, and promotions clearly and professionally
- Convert leads into appointments and support clinic revenue targets
- Follow up with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with medical and front-desk teams to ensure smooth client flow
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when required
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (experience in aesthetic or healthcare setting is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or clinic systems is a plus
- Team player with a positive and proactive approach
