About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and document preparation
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate meeting notes
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-ups on action items
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents
  • Support general office operations as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
