The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence across the UAE HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell
- HVAC heat exchangers, coils, and related installation services
- .
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, OEMs, and end users.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the UAE HVAC market.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on inquiries to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, production, and project teams to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- proven sales experience in the HVAC Heat Exchanger industry.
- Strong knowledge of
- HVAC systems including coils, micro-channel coils, heat exchangers, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and heat pipes.
- **Valid UAE Driving License**
- (mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
- Familiarity with the UAE HVAC market will be an added advantage.
