We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Junior sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and driving sales within the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and overall showroom appearance
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with inventory and back-office teams for stock availability
- Stay updated on new product launches and promotions
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail or showroom sales preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for billing and inventory systems
- Fluency in English; Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
- Presentable and well-groomed
Working Hours
6 days a week (as per company policy)
