Locations
Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain, Fujairah
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in identifying their vehicle needs
- Present and explain vehicle features, benefits, and value propositions effectively
- Recommend suitable models, upgrades, and financing options tailored to each client
- Manage the entire sales process from inquiry to delivery
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth registration, insurance, and delivery
- Follow up on leads to maximize conversion opportunities
- Build lasting relationships to drive repeat and referral business
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience, preferably within a dealership
- Proven track record in selling either volume or luxury vehicles is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership DMS systems
- Customer-focused, energetic, and results-driven personality
