Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist / Sales Executive to join a premium furniture and home furnishing company in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting showroom sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients visiting the showroom.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins professionally.
- Present products and support customers throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate appointments and showroom visits.
- Maintain a professional showroom environment and uphold brand standards.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury retail, luxury fashion, furniture, home furnishing, or premium brands.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in welcoming clients and representing a luxury brand.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
