Role Summary

Own the CNG sales strategy for UAE, drive revenue growth from CNG fuel sales, station utilization, and B2B contracts with fleets, transporters, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute country‑level CNG sales strategy and annual sales plan
  • Identify and close B2B contracts with fleet operators, logistics companies, public transport, and industrial users
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual volume and revenue targets
  • Build and manage a small sales team or channel partners as the network scales
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote CNG benefits and increase station footfall
  • Provide regular sales pipeline forecasts and market intelligence
  • Coordinate with Operations and Finance to ensure profitable pricing, credit control, and service quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 8–12 years' sales experience, including 3‑5 years in oil & gas / CNG / energy / fuel retail
  • Proven track record of closing large B2B contracts and managing key accounts
  • Strong understanding of UAE fuel/energy market, especially CNG/alternate fuels
  • Leadership capability to build and mentor a sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; English required, Arabic preferred
