About This Role
Responsibilities
- Find clients and foster long-term relationships for cleaning /housekeeping
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department ( B2B)
- Understand client requirements
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
- Sales/Customer service skills
- Outstanding communication ability
- Confident and pleasant personality
- Well-organized
- Ability to work with targets
- Sound judgement
- Regional Travel is a must
Job Requirements:
- Previous similar role minimum of 2 years from Facilities Management /Cleaning Company
- Degree/Master's in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Extensive sales experience.
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
