Role overview
Sales Executive role in Dubai focused on developing business and managing client relationships in interior fit-out, kitchen design, porcelain slabs, or tile sectors.
The work involves proactive outdoor sales and field visits.
Key responsibilities
- Generate sales leads through outdoor and site visits.
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, interior designers, and procurement teams.
- Present building materials, kitchen solutions, and interior fit-out products and services.
- Understand client requirements and tailor solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals against monthly targets.
- Coordinate with design, technical, and logistics teams for order execution.
- Follow up with prospects and clients to support satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts and share market feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE; sector experience in tile/porcelain slabs, interior fit-out, or kitchen equipment is preferred.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a strong network in Dubai's construction and interior sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.
- Valid driving license required; owning a car is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay range is AED 1,800–7,600 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person; duties include outdoor and site visits.
