The employer is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Dubai.
The role develops new business, manages client relationships, and achieves sales targets through proactive fieldwork.
Relevant sectors include interior fit-out, kitchen design, porcelain slabs, and tiles.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate sales leads through outdoor and site visits.
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, interior designers, and procurement teams.
- Present building materials, kitchen solutions, and interior fit-out products and services.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with design, technical, and logistics teams to support order execution.
- Follow up with prospects and clients to support satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts and provide market feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE.
- Experience in tiles or porcelain slabs, interior fit-out, or kitchen equipment is preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and strong contacts in Dubai's construction and interior sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; fluent English.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- A valid UAE driving license and own car are preferred.
