Position Overview
Work as a Sales Executive in a boutique fashion retail shop in Al Ain, UAE.
The role combines customer service, product recommendation, sales target achievement, transactions, and stock monitoring.
Work Schedule
- Duty timing is 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- The role works six days per week with Friday as the weekly day off.
Sales and Customer Service
- Welcome customers and assist them professionally.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
- Promote boutique products and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Follow up with customers and encourage repeat business.
Retail Operations
- Maintain product displays and keep the boutique neat and organized.
- Assist with product selection, sizing, and styling when required.
- Handle billing and sales transactions accurately.
- Monitor stock and report low-stock or fast-moving items.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the boutique positively.
Requirements
- Previous boutique, fashion retail, or sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
- A presentable, confident, and friendly personality is required.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment is required.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,700 to AED 1,800 per month.
- Commission is 1% on sales.
Work Location
- The work location is in person at the boutique in Al Ain, UAE.
- An employment visa is provided by the company.
