Prepare pastry, cake, dessert, and other bakery products while following recipes and maintaining quality and presentation standards.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
- Company-provided visa.
Schedule
- One weekly day off.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce pastries, cakes, desserts, and other bakery items.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain consistent taste and quality.
- Decorate products to presentation standards, control portions, and minimize food waste.
- Maintain food handling, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor ingredient stocks and alert management when supplies run low.
- Keep the pastry preparation area clean and organized.
- Assist with developing new pastry and dessert items when required.
- Follow daily production schedules and company standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or similar, with good knowledge of pastry and dessert preparation.
- Ability to follow standard recipes accurately and understanding of food hygiene and safety.
- Creative, hardworking, and reliable; able to work efficiently in a busy bakery shop.
- Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
Work location
- Work is in person in Shabiya, Abu Dhabi.
