Role Overview
Sales Executive position within a logistics and freight forwarding team in Dubai.
The role develops new business and maintains customer relationships across logistics and supply chain services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Promote freight forwarding, shipping, warehousing, customs clearance, and logistics services.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate customer rates, and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Conduct customer visits and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with operations to support smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales is mandatory.
- A minimum of 1–2 years of relevant sales experience is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving licence is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Good knowledge of the UAE logistics and freight forwarding market is required.
- Candidates should be target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to develop new business independently.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,875.32 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in Dubai.
