Driver Cum Office Assistant – Logistics

Role overview

Driving and logistics

• Drive company vehicles for daily logistics and office requirements.
• Collect and deliver shipments, documents, invoices, and other materials; assist with shipment collection and delivery.
• Pick up and drop off customers, staff, and company documents when required.
• Visit ports, customs offices, warehouses, courier companies, and customer locations.

Office support and vehicle upkeep

• Support basic office administration, day-to-day tasks, logistics documentation, and filing.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, drivers, and warehouse staff when required.
• Keep company vehicles clean and in good condition; check fuel, maintenance, registration, and insurance validity.
• Follow assigned schedules, complete tasks on time, and perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• A valid UAE driving licence is required.
• Good knowledge of Dubai and other UAE locations and basic English communication skills are required.
• Basic computer knowledge, including WhatsApp, email, and MS Office, is required.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE driving experience is preferred.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, courier, or freight forwarding is an advantage.
• Good organizational and communication skills; able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Honest, reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Pay

• Pay is AED 1,100 to AED 2,500 per month.

Work location

• Work is in person and includes visits to logistics facilities and customer locations.
