Sales Executive

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, field visits, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable company solutions or services.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, negotiate, and close deals.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits when required.
• Follow up consistently with leads and convert opportunities into confirmed business.
• Research market trends, competitors, and potential target segments.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.

Candidate requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to independently find clients and generate new business.
• Good understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation through follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Construction, waterproofing, building materials, contracting, or related-industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• UAE market experience and an existing client or network base are advantageous.
• A valid UAE driving license is not mandatory.
