Index Berry Real Estate seeks a creative, proactive, results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator interested in Dubai's real estate market.
The role manages social media and digital campaigns, including Meta Ads, to generate quality leads for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
- Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for real estate lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve lead quality and cost per lead.
- Create content about property launches, off-plan projects, market trends, investment opportunities, and listings.
- Produce reels, stories, carousels, and other social media creatives.
- Track leads, prepare campaign reports, and provide improvement insights.
- Monitor property trends, developer launches, competitor activity, and digital marketing practices.
- Support brand awareness, audience engagement, lead conversion, and sales-team targets.
Requirements
- Proven digital marketing experience; Dubai real estate experience is preferred.
- Hands-on Meta Ads experience, including Facebook and Instagram lead-generation campaigns.
- Understanding of audience targeting, optimization, retargeting, and performance analytics.
- Experience managing social accounts and developing content strategies.
- Understanding of Instagram reels, stories, social media trends, and engaging formats.
- Interest in Dubai real estate, property investment, and the UAE property market.
- Creative, data-driven approach; good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
- Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics familiarity is advantageous.
