Outdoor sales role managing and growing Casual Dining accounts.
Promote company products and services and build relationships with new and existing HORECA customers.
Sales and account responsibilities
- Identify and proactively contact potential customers; maintain customer relationships, promote products, deliver account strategies, and answer inquiries.
- Present products at conferences, customer sites, and exhibitions; meet annual sales goals and targets.
- Maintain accurate customer contact and activity data and produce monthly sales reports.
- Present platforms, publications, and posters at conferences.
- Test new product releases and share customer feedback to support product development and service delivery.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and other company teams.
- Identify opportunities for new and improved products and encourage sales staff to share market information.
- Negotiate agreement terms, close sales, monitor competitors and potential collaborators, and report threats and opportunities.
- Minimize product expiry against set targets; comply with HACCP and ISO procedures and attend required meetings or training.
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma or 2–3 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2–3 years of related customer-associated sales experience.
- Familiarity with current software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with food product lines and the customer base.
- Valid UAE driving license.
