Sales Engineer / Sales Executive role focused on customer engagement, sales conversion, account growth, and sales and collection targets.
Sales and customer responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, convert leads, identify new customers, and pursue business opportunities.
- Visit existing and potential clients, build relationships, understand needs, and offer suitable solutions.
- Coordinate order delivery with operations and help customers complete invoice-submission documentation.
- Submit and verify invoices, follow up on payments, and alert the credit department to high-risk customers.
- Plan daily activity, pursue sales and collection targets, and report performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Candidate requirements
