Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the fabrication team's daily activities.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Maintain and enforce workplace safety protocols and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth workflows and communication.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during fabrication.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fabrication or a related field; supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and commitment to a safe and productive work environment.
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools for planning and reporting.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500–4,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
