Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the fabrication team.
Ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Maintain and enforce workplace safety protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to support smooth workflow and communication.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members.
Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Troubleshoot fabrication issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience in fabrication or a related field; supervisory experience is preferred.
Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of fabrication techniques, tools, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Commitment to a safe and productive work environment.
Proficiency with relevant planning and reporting software and tools.

Pay

AED 2,500–4,000 per month.

Work arrangement

Work is in person.
