Overview

  • Promote and sell Passive Fire Protection products including fire stopping systems, fireproofing solutions, fire-rated sealants, boards, coatings, wraps, and related products.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to support project specifications.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide technical support on product selection, application methods, and compliance with fire safety standards.
  • Monitor project pipelines, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, quotations, and customer interactions using CRM/ERP systems.
