- Manage AMC contracts for fire alarm and fire fighting systems.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with clients regarding service schedules, complaints, and emergency call-outs.
- Lead service engineers, technicians, and supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defense requirements and NFPA standards.
- Monitor contract performance, service reports, and KPI achievements.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and manpower deployment plans.
- Review inspection reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement requirements.
- Attend client meetings and provide technical support.
- Ensure timely renewal of AMC contracts and identify business opportunities.
- Prepare monthly performance and maintenance reports.
