Overview

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Projects team
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle internal and external communications (emails, calls, letters)
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for project records
  • Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and documentation
