Sales Engineer – Interior Fit-Out and Renovation Works
About This Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team, specializing in interior fit-out and renovation works. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, combined with excellent sales and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the interior fit-out and maintenance sectors.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
- Provide expert advice on materials, solutions, and technical specifications for fit-out and maintenance projects.
- Collaborate with the project and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales within the interior fit-out and/or maintenance industries.
- Strong understanding of technical aspects of fit-out and maintenance projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of local market regulations and standards.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
