- **Business Development**: Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and explore new market opportunities.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with project teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
- **Experience**: 4-5 years in sales or business development within interior fit-out or renovation industries.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
