Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven and well-connected Sales Engineer – Interior Fit-Out Projects to drive business growth across the UAE.

This role is ideal for a candidate with strong industry relationships and a deep understanding of fit-out works, capable of securing projects, managing client interactions, and converting opportunities into successful project awards.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the interior fit-out sector
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate clients
• Actively track and pursue upcoming projects, tenders, and market opportunities

Sales & Tender Management

• Prepare and manage technical and commercial proposals for fit-out projects
• Coordinate with estimation and design teams for accurate costing and solution development
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals

Client & Account Management

• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project award
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business

Market Intelligence

• Monitor UAE market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Provide insights to management on new opportunities and customer requirements

Target Achievement

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
• Contribute to overall business growth and market expansion

Candidate ProfileEducation

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out sales (UAE/GCC)
• Proven track record of winning fit-out projects
• Existing network within UAE construction and fit-out industry is highly preferred

Technical & Industry Knowledge

• Strong understanding of:
• Partitions, ceilings, and flooring systems
• Joinery and custom interior works
• Aluminum and glazing elements
• Interior finishing materials and processes
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and tender documents

Mandatory Requirement
