Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer – Interior Fit-Out to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and securing interior fit-out projects across the UAE.

The role requires strong knowledge of interior fit-out works such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, aluminum works, and finishing, along with the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver successful projects.

Note: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in interior fit-out and construction projects.
• Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
• Attend client meetings and understand project requirements.

Sales & Proposal Management

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with estimation and design teams to develop project quotations.
• Present project solutions and negotiate terms with clients.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up on leads, project inquiries, and tender submissions.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Market & Project Monitoring

• Monitor market trends and upcoming projects in the UAE fit-out industry.
• Track competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out sales in the UAE or GCC.
• Experience working with fit-out contractors, developers, and consultants.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and project requirements.

Other Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory.
• Strong networking and client management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
