We are looking for a results-driven **Sales Engineer – Fit-Out** to join our growing team and drive business across our fit-out and interior systems portfolio.

Role Overview

The Sales Engineer – Fit-Out will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for fit-out and interior projects.

You will act as the technical and commercial point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, guiding them from initial enquiry through to project handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fit-out and interiors market
  • Visit clients, consultants, architects, and contractors on-site to present Euro Systems® products and solutions
  • Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, main contractors, interior designers, and consultants
  • Coordinate with the estimation and technical teams to ensure accurate and competitive offers
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to meet individual and team targets
  • Attend site meetings, project walkthroughs, and client presentations as required
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline and report on sales activity, forecasts, and market feedback
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in fit-out, interior contracting, or architectural systems (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
  • Strong technical understanding of fit-out materials, joinery, partitions, glazing, and finishing systems
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • **Valid UAE driving license required** (own vehicle preferred, as the role involves regular site and client visits)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field
