We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer – Fit Out to join our team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of the fit-out industry, proven sales experience, and an active network within contracting, interior design, and real estate sectors.
This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving consistent sales targets within the UAE fit-out market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fit-out sector
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and consultants
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with project and design teams
- Present solutions and proposals to clients and consultants
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing project opportunities
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client feedback to management
- Support project handover coordination between sales and execution teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field
- 3–10 years of UAE experience in fit-out sales or construction sales
- Strong network within contracting, interior design, and real estate sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of fit-out projects, materials, and execution processes
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with fit-out contractors in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of commercial and residential interior projects
- Ability to read drawings and understand technical project requirements
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and strong client relationship management skills
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
