Client Engagement and Pre-Sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify the leads, qualify the opportunities and understand client requirements
- Provide technical consultation and solution recommendations to customers
Technical Proposals and Presentations
- Work with the presales team to prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals
- Respond to RFPs/RFQs and deliver compelling client presentations
Solution Design And Engineering
- Collaborate with presales team to analyze project requirements and develop optimized system designs
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure feasibility and compliance (if needed)
Vendor and Technology Coordination
- Engage with leading technology vendors to select optimal solutions
- Ensure compatibility, competitiveness, and compliance with specifications
Sales Support and Negotiation
- Coordinate technical clarifications and lead during commercial negotiations
- Support closing of deals by addressing client concerns effectively
Market Intelligence & Business Growth

Documentation & Reporting
