About This Role
Job description
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of UAE experience in business development or sales within the construction or contracting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Attend industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams for project planning and delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in business development or sales in the construction industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic language is preferred
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Strong understanding of the local market and construction industry practices
