- Preparing joining documents

- Collecting employee records
3. Payroll & Benefits
- Preparing monthly salary
- Managing overtime, deductions, and allowances
- Handling benefits like insurance, leave salary, gratuity
4. Employee Relations
- Handling employee complaints
- Solving workplace conflicts
- Maintaining a positive work environment
5. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitoring attendance
- Approving leaves
- Maintaining leave records
6. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensuring company follows labor laws (especially UAE Labour Law)
- Managing employee files and contracts
- Handling visa, work permit, and renewal processes
7. Performance Management
- Monitoring employee performance
- Conducting appraisals
- Supporting promotions or disciplinary actions
8. Exit Process
- Handling resignation
- Conducting exit interviews
- Final settlement (EOSB – End of Service Benefits)
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
