Overview
We are urgently looking for a **Public Relations Officer (PRO)** to handle all government-related tasks and company documentation processes efficiently.
The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of **UAE visa processing** and related **PRO activities**, with the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all visa, labor card, and immigration-related activities (new, renewal, cancellation).
- Maintain and update all government portals (MOHRE, Immigration, ICP, DM, RTA etc.).
- Prepare, submit, and collect various official applications, letters, and documents from government departments.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities for approvals, license renewals, and legal compliance.
- Maintain updated records of all company and employee-related documents.
- Provide support for legal documents such as trade licenses, tenancy contracts, and other business documentation.
- Ensure timely processing of all official paperwork related to employees and the company.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of PRO experience in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processing.
- Proficient in using government systems and e-portals.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- **Arabic language is an advantage.**
- Must be available to join **immediately**.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
